By implying 'necessity' you elude that it is somehow OK but later do a 180 turn saying we should enforce our laws.
It boils down to cheap labor, as long as they are willing to undercut salaries at Walmart to keep those Bananas at 39ยข a pound it's OK. Otherwise send 'em back. Right?
