A re-issue (in my opinion) would be if a casino brought back a chip rack that was previously withdrawn fom play ... or the issuance of a chip with minor chages to the same basic design... such as the "mini-i" Harrah's variations mentioned in an earlier post.

A re-order would be a follow-up order placed with the chip manufacturer of a existing chip to replenish a dwindling invetory of current chips; or as a result of expanding additional tables on the casino floor that would necessitate a increase of chip inventory to the existing rack.
