but, I used to pick up one or 2 cheap chips in those day's, as I always liked chips. I put them in a sock in my top dresser draw, then when I to my first chip show 12 years ago, and found out people actually collected chips, I became a collector. but I purchased a book went home and found some old Vegas chips I had in that sock were worth hundreds, I became a uneducated collector and sold a bunce on e-bay, way to cheap. I then joined the club, purchased more books, found the boadr and went to conventions, I became a real collector, and have sold 3-4 thousands chips on e-bay, but now just holding onto my chips as prices are 50% or lower. I think it will never return to the high prices of 3-4 years ago, except the real rare chips. We'll see?? Funny thing I have 8 grandkids 10-23 yrs. and none are interested in chipping. Nor my 3 kids.
