Our game is limit $1-2 and there are usually newbies. Our only goal is game preservation, so while we want to win all the monies, we do not want to crush souls, nor put a loss on anyone that removes them from future games.

Anyway, AC rules, including shuffling misdeals (before action is closed) back into the deck on the turn/river. (Which I believe is correct...)
