I'm a supervisor at Borgata Poker room.
Seat 10 wins the pot.It's a called hand that was turned face up.Even if the cards touch the muck,if they can be retrieved,then seat 10 wins.
If I'm called to a table and this happens,I award the pot to the best hand.And it has happened.
