Sounds like it's going to be a big investment. I did buy a small collection blind once and had someone get it (not a chipper) and mail it to me but the price was very good in comparison to the number of chips so I couldn't get hurt too bad so I risked it. I wound up with some great stuff and got lucky. Good luck and I hope you find someone to help you out.
