I have both the $1 and $5 Cosmo chips as well as the new release Monte Carlo without the top hat. (Only their 2nd issue?) Every MC chip I have is the SCV/SCV. I dont know if there are any SCV/LCVs. $5 Cosmo has the cosmopolitan over and over and H&C logo in UV printing.
