you collect, but if you collect Nevada chips, there was a great incentive offer made to new members -- pay an extra $5 when you sign up & you will receive a copy of The Chip Rack #11 (which provides fantastic info on Nevada-only chips). The Chip Rack normally sells for $50 plus shipping, but this is the 2009 edition (unused) & a number of these were generously donated for new member incentives by the authors / owners of The Chip Rack.
