Wow Bill... It sucks when you are pursuing a legal activity covered by the first and forth amendment. Were you on the sidewalk? If so, you were totally legal to shoot all you want. As you know I have become a photo rights advocate since my encounter. I have a lot of hind sight on this issue now and I will be vocal about my rights the next time it happens, because it will happen again. Photographers should know their rights and be vocal when they are violated in the name of false security.
