Michael, two weeks ago I went over to the Paris to shoot the Eiffel Tower. I got there about an hour before sunset, I wanted to shoot in the light thats only last for a minute that takes place about 30 minutes after sunset...right before the dark blue sky turns black.....hanging around, I was taking alot of shots. I was harrassed by security, then the police showed up...with comments like..."you got enough pictures, why dont you move along"? I even had a visitor, who was eating dinner, that seen me through the window, come outside to ask me what I was doing....geesh...
