Same here - it was due to be minus 8, but when I left this morning in Essex for work it was minus 13 too - coldest my car temperature guide has ever been!

Most roads were clear (ish) once I made it out of my driveway but I agree, most people seem to think about the conditions, but it only takes one or two people to drive too fast, spin and slide and suddenly the road is blocked - and you will know I'm sure only too well that our roads can't cope with any small blips, and so it all clogs up fast!

At least mobile working means I don't lose a day's work these days, but it is stil frustrating. But hey, where would we be if we couldn't moan about the weather
