If it is a chip for chip exchange - no cash no cash involved, there would be no reporting the transaction on Title 31, actually there would be no tracking at all. If there is some cash involved and it's $10,000 or under in a 24 hour gaming day - No CTR would be filed. If it hits $10,000.01 within the 24 hour gaming day then a CTR would be filed.
