There are 3 casinos of Nese which are owned by Nese Group Casinos founded in 1991. The one in Vilnius is the biggest which opened in April 21, 2002. Your chip comes from that particular location as printed on the chip - they have a generic sort of chip which is used in the 3 locations, the chip just say Nese Casino - nothing else.
