I'm still learning the hobby, I apologize if I threw some terms around thinking I knew what I was talking about.
The edge of the chip says "Bring to Opening Night for $100 in Free Play" - that's why I thought it was potentially a "Match Play" chip.
The casino, to my knowledge, has not opened and never will, since the primary investor (Trevor Cook) is serving a jail sentence for running a Ponzi Scheme.
There was advertising in Panama for the casino, and they created brochures and preview videos showing the planned facility.
I have been told by some people I trust that calling this a "NCV" is not entirely true, that it should be more accurately described as an Advertising chip.
Having looked around at other chips that are similar in nature, I still think $5 a chip is a fair price for something with an intriguing backstory, even if it never saw a table. Let me know if you disagree.
That being said, if you emailed me with interest in buying/trading for these chips, I will contact you and make sure you are still interested knowing what we know about them now.
