I was there last night (12/15) and they have the regular rack on the tables up to $1k. Didnt get lucky enough to get anything bigger then that.

To make chips "obsolete" they would have to issue a notice and then people have something like 90 days to cash in their chips. Its a 100% lie that right after this happened they changed out all their chips. Maybe, just maybe they changed out anything above $5K. But even then, that in itself does not make the "old" chips worthless.
