This one is a possible UFC - no listing in The Gaming Table and Merthyr (north of Cardiff, in Wales) wasn't one of the permitted gaming locations for legal gaming, so an illegal or maybe not a casino? Not sure, but it's a UK location and UK denomination, and I like the chip 2/6 would be the decimal equivalent of 12 1/2 pence, so no doubt used in a blackjack game?
