Since both of your posts, I looked in my stack of chips taken from my recent Caribbean cruise and found still another variation of the $1 chip. It's the only one I have. While in the casino, security was very tight. I had to take off my hat, get my photo taken at the entrance, go through a metal detector and show a credit card that indicated I had up to $400 in Belize money before I could get into the place. The place was full with crew members from all the cruise ships anchored off shore.
I recognized several from my ship's casino playing.
What I did see was the three chips in my first scan were the only ones being used besides the roulette chips.
The cab ride from the port to the casino was $5 and $5 back plus tip. The cab driver waited for me to get my chips. Back in the cab, he said the casino was robbed as a result of an inside job several months ago when gunmen entered the casino and grabbed the big bag of cash. I can't vouch for that story, but the cab driver
told me all the perpetrators were captured. That's how he knows about the inside job aspect of the caper.
