Has anyone seen this chip before? Chip is about 2 inches in diameter and the following is what I was told from the seller:

"About seven years ago while I was working there they started the program. If you did something exceptional you received a Big Chip. It was your admission to huge party with a lot of prizes. I don' t think they realized they created a special chip."

Was wondering if this is really a "special" chip and on the rare side?
