Don, your submission is in the submission folder, I just checked. What happens next is, whoever handles Las Vegas chips will edit your scan and add it to the chipguide. This may take some time as there are almost 400 submission currently in that folder. Everyday more and more chips are being added. Comments can be anything you may know about the chip, for example the years the chip was in use. Hope I was able to answer your questions.
