If you write the article then let them know that you are going to send it to the papers, I wonder if their attitude about fixing things for your Dad would change? Maybe they may just see sense?

Be careful though - casinos have big legal teams and if they don't like what they see they could make things difficult if they have a different view on what happened (even if you're 100% correct!). Unfortunately big money can often win out in things like this.
