service stinks!! I've been to casinos all over the US and very few times have I been impressed with the service staff provides, especially if there's a problem. Formerly working in the casino industry for most of the 90's I know the mentality of blowhard security gaurds.
Good thing your Dad seems levelheaded, some folks would have been furious with such allegations. Eric
