As far as I'm concerned, with my scans, everyone is welcome to use my scans for person use all they want. I enjoy being listed as a source when someone is posting my scan, such as "Stolen from Shaffer", "borrowed from Shaffer", Borrowed from some scan crazy chipper" or even "not my scan".

However, I am not ok with anyone using my scans for any reason in selling chips. Nor for any publication; printed or online without my permission.
