What is the true book value of canceled chips? I've heard 10%, 30%, and anywhere in between the book value of a clean chip. For example, the Crystal Bay Club PMSCs and older Flamingo chips (where most of the chips are drilled), is 30% of book value a fair assessment? I understand it can vary depending on the known existence of certain chips, but what is generally the accepted value?
