Have been using both Firefox and IE 6 - and just now getting around to upgrading to IE8. Is there a way to eliminate the third bar, i.e., the Address bar is ok, the Menu bar is ok. but to me the third bar is just taking up real estate...I do not need another Favorites link (the star) nor a bar showing the title of the website. I have already disabled the Favorites bar and the Command bar but I can't find any way to delete/close the third bar - HELP!
