"Is Excalibur known for being hard to deal with at the cage?"

Last night the cage wouldn't sell me any. I went to the poker room. The cashier asked if I wanted a 2-4 game. I mentioned I wasn't playing, wanted to pick out a few chips and would be right back with the rest. He said I can't sell you any, chips are for gaming only. Off to the craps table I went. Got what I needed and won 4 bucks for my troubles.
