Holiday Inn Boardwalk Casino. They brought the food out on big 4 x 8 card tables and it was all in aluminum trays with sterno cans underneath them. It was set up right on the casino floor out in the open. It was also the only time I was told NOT to eat something by one of the servers. I wanted some Mac and Cheese that was almost gone and what was left was all burnt and crusted around the edges because it had been sitting so long. I asked the server if he could go get more and he told me "you don't want to eat that" I laughed thinking he was kidding. He just starred at me and shook his head no. I moved on...
The only thing I could find edible in that buffet were the dinner rolls and the raspberry Jello cubes which were the only thing not sitting on a sterno burner. Worst $1.99 I ever spent.
