I'd like to hear anyone's thoughts on this:

I received something from a member who, for the moment, will remain nameless.
It was in a #10 white envelope. When I tried to remove it, the envelope tore and
I found that the item had been Scotch taped with a 2 inch piece of scotch tape to
the inside of the front of the envelope. Needless to say, the item was covered in
a sticky adhesive residue and all attempts to remove it via Goo-Gone and nail
polish remover have failed. I've never had this happen in the past. Has anyone
else had this happen?
