And here is how it went.

I went into the High Limit room and the table was closed. I went to the Asian Pit and they had regular house chips. I played some VP and when to cash out my Titto and asked the cashier if he could sell me any of the new baccarat chips. He asked what I wanted, then went in the back, returned and said they aren't coming out yet.

Went to the South Point and gave them some play then back to the M.

I went into the High Limit room, spoke with the baccarat dealer and she had no idea what I was talking about.

Sat in the Asian Pit and played some baccarat. Asked the pit boss about the Baccarat chips and she had no clue what I was talking about. The dealer then said Oh, they are promotional chips. I said I had seen them and they are not.

If I had not seen them posted I may have believed one of those stories. The moral of the story is, nobody has a clue what is going on.
