To call Ebay, you have to go through their customer support section. You must try to have your questions answered by the help pages before they will let you talk to them or chat live with you. Even if you have the phone number you have to type in a pin code for your call to go through which you can only get by going through the help files first. Even then prepare to wait, the last time I called them the estimated wait was 40 minutes to talk to someone and 50 minutes for live chat. You used to be able to hit the "I belive my account has been attacked" and talk to someone live right away, but that has gone away.
