There is a Haines House Of Cards in Norwood, Ohio in business today. they are only a few blocks from the old USPC factory. I've been in there a few times snooping around for info on old chips. They give me the old Sgt. Schultz answer. They no doubt have had some cards made for them by USPC. My guess is some time after the Al Fox chips were made. Do you have a date on the chips?
