The longtime voice of the Seattle Mariners died this afternoon at the age of 75. One of the great voices of my summers. Sitting on the couch, watching Mariners games while the dog, the cat and I were all taking an afternoon nap. A friend of mine has said it well: "I guess he can now finally get his grand salami from his Grandma!"
