At that time no one could identify that person...the correspondent "unearthed" our own Gene Trimble (who the Advisor sited as being from "TheChipBoard.com") and who made the identification: Thomas J. McGinty--friend and partner of Moe Dalitz & Meyer Lansky (among others). Neat little story of T.J. McGinty. At some point, Gene, you have to get a book out on your collection of illegal gambling.
