Did the "buyer" e-mail you anytime before the auction was over to ask any questions (payment options, item details, shipping/handling, additional images/pictures, etc.)? Maybe the buyer is sending the payment... in any case since they are "new", I would give them a few more days to respond before proceeding to take any action through E-Bay and accepting 2nd chance offers.

In my case, I always notify the seller in advance and ask whether or not they accept money orders/cashiers checks or just Paypal. If they say "yes" and I win the auction, I immediately request their address via e-mail and send out the payment the next day with the request that I be notified via e-mail when the payment arrives/when shipping the item. Of course, I always come across a seller who will only accept Paypal and I'm S.O.L. at that point...
