Unfortunately what your going to find is that it is worth a whole lot less than you might think or what the pit boss told you.

Is it a scarce chip? Sure it is compared to the others in that series. There are 5,000 $5 chips and 1,000 $25 chips. That means that your $100 is many times more scarce than either of those.

But.... Thats where the good news ends.

In reality, there are not very many collectors who collect Foxwoods chips (Al least not like those collectors who do Vegas or AC chips). And there are even a smaller percentage of people who collect $100 chips.

Many $100 chips even from Vegas are turned in for face even with the same mintage. Is it worth $100? Definately as its probably still redeemable at the cage for that. But I seriously doubt you will find a buyer for a whole lot more than that. Ebay may bring you $120-$125 but the last $25 I saw listed there brought less than face. After paying ebay fees your making less than it would cost you to cash it in.

If I were you, I would jump at the first offer of $120 or more.
