I can find Note 004 and Note 006. However, I do not find Note 005 in between Note 004 and note 006. I also can find Note 010 and Note 012. However, I do not find Note 011 in between Note 010 and Note 012. If you could post these notes and any others that are missing from The Chip Rack 12th Edition 2010; it would be appreciated. Thanks
