This looks like three different colors to me.
Looks like the lighter color is cream, the darker color is light gray. The middle is somewhere in between.

The CCC guide shows two in this range, Gray & Beige
I think the lighter color shown here is a new color for the guide. For comparison It is a bit lighter than the beige $1 with three grey inserts on the guide.
