That is the intent here, of both the author and poster.....to mislead. It is all they can do.

People are not angry because they are "dumb". They are angry because our government does not listen to us.
Time to pay the piper. The poster and author don't like it, so the only thing they can do about it at this late hour is to mislead. try and persuade us that we are "dumb" that we don't have the sophistication to understand what they "really" are doing for us.

People know, and understand. Next time, listen.
