I would ignore the prices in Dale's book. They weren't right from day one. Probably was a bad idea to list a value. Dale's first love was always ivories. Ivory values were indicative of true value at the time Dale wrote the book.
Clay chip values should be ignored. Dale has listed some never before seen crest & seals at $10 t0 $14. $200 to $300 is a better estimate.
When Dale wrote the book he accepted scans of all clay and ivories. Values was strictly a guess.
