Not common but not significantly scarce either. Many coins were struck with somewhat rotated dies such as yours. The more rotation the better the coin as far as value. I've had some with complete rotation of the reverse. Those are pretty cool. Also, certain coins are much scarcer with die rotations such as Morgan Dollars. A Morgan dollar with significant die rotation is quite scarce.
