New on the ChipGuide - the chip submission function is now live.

Training was recently completed for the ChipGuide Volunteers and they are anxiously awaiting your submissions of new chips to add to the ChipGuide. When you submit a chip image it will go to a "waiting room" on the ChipGuide. The volunteers will be monitoring the waiting room and then when the see a chip added in their area, they will edit the scan and put it on the ChipGuide. While the update process is quick - only a couple of minutes per chip, the updates can be seen live on the ChipGuide the next day. That is because the updates are actually made to a "development" version of the ChipGuide to make sure that they are correct. Overnight, all of the day's updates will be swept over to the "live" version of the ChipGuide.
