I just picked up The Poker Chip Customizer, an extra package of labels, and a few hundred chips on my way out of Vegas 2 days ago. I'm just getting around to checking it out and find the sticker area on the chip is about 1.2" and the Labels and Customizer program are less than an inch.

Is there a way to have the Customizer print the 1.2" size if I'm able to find the proper labels?
Would Vinyl labels be better than Paper? ( if they are available for a Laser printer, I haven't checked )

My Preference would be to return the items in person, but two 5 hour flights to do so probably isnt reasonable
