19 pounds is a GREAT start!!
Just take it slow and easy as you add new foods...
Our guy discovered that oatmeal didn't sit that well, but cream of wheat was fine . Sausage (!!) didn't do well, but a small piece of cake (frosting scraped off) settled just fine. (I still can't believe he tried sausage and cake so soon!! Was supposed to be on soft foods yet, but "had" to try 'em!)
It will go very well for you...I just know it!
