This turquoise glass disk, with a sunken, pear-shaped center is 10" across. The pear-shape indentation is about 1 1/2 inches deep.

While it appears to be plate-like, it cannot function as a plate (or bowl) unless a special holder is used. I'm thinking it might be an artwork piece, used as a decoration in the SKYLOFTS, but having never been there, I'm not even sure what a "SKYLOFT" is.

Does anyone know what this thingie is?
