What can you do with a bunch of chips you don't need for your collection?

Trade them? Maybe, if you have people you can trade efficiently with in person instead of paying postage to mail your trades.

Sell them individually? Hard to sell them for enough to make the time and trouble of packaging and shipping worthwhile.

I think anyone who's been collecting for a while accumulates a group of chips like this that they don't really need/want for their collection, and that are common enough that they don't command much interest from other people, so you put them in a drawer and let them sit.

I've already got plenty of chips like that, so I'd have to pass.
