I just ran into a situation similiar to the one Andy had a few weeks ago. Here is the difference - all of the chips are very common. There are 54 chips available at an auction with only 5 being $5 chips, the rest are $1. They are mostly riverboat chips and a few are badly worn. Most are obsolete but there is about $10 face that could be cashed in. The scan shows typical chips and I don't need any of them for my personal collection. So here is the question - what percentage of face would you pay for these or would you pass on it completely?
