Would need to see the chip. Borlands foil can be identified. Your scan does not look like Borland but hard to tell from that scan.
Off hand I don't remember any Borland hot stamps going to real casinos.

BJ sold a lot of chips in the Caribbean.
I sometimes get BJ ID's searched but I reserve the requests for very special chips.
