I don't have time to read the whole report now. But what I gather from what I read is they are following up on complaints, but no summons have been issued as I had originally said.

During the Convention I was at a bar with two other chippers downtown and wanted some food. Not realizing they didn't serve food I asked to see a menu. The bartender said we don't serve food but what would you like I have about 30 menus to choose from. I ordered a bunch of Italian food and it was brought to me at the bar in about 30 minutes.
