Let's get to the bottom line David. Are you (and/or others) saying that it was President Steffner who requested the slot machines turned off in the hallway and the No Smoking signs put in place at the top of the escalator ... or was it the Nevada Clean Air Act that South Point was complying with which the club and/or the Steffner's had no control over?
