1) Smoking is prohibited on convention room floor when food is being served - Nevada State Law correct?
2) Smoking is prohibited on convention room floor when no food is being served - Any Nevada laws relevant, or is this policy and/or Casino policy?
3) Smoking is prohibited in hallways outside convention room - Any Nevada laws relevant, or is this policy and/or Casino policy?

My opinion, I've seen people smoke in the hallways outside the convention room at the Riviera and South Point Casinos and it doesn't bother me. No security rushed, attacked or tackled the people smoking so I am inclined to believe that it is not Nevada State law, nor is it casino policy.

Bottom line, it would be nice for the to try to accommodate as many people as possible, especially those who are longtime dealers and/or club members. Growth of this hobby, as with any hobby, needs "all" types of people. Yes, I do understand that it is impossible to accommodate or satisfy everyone, but any real organization should at least try to work out a mutually beneficial outcome.
