Your comments about corned beef & pastrami reminded me of a place that had the absolute best (outside of New York, of course). It was called the Celebrity Deli, and I went there often in the 1980's. It was in a strip center with a Target. Great deli for Las Vegas. Then it just seemed to disappear. I think that it was on Flamingo near Maryland Parkway.
